How I incorporate Omega 3 for me and my Kids into daily life including a very delicious Recipe for you

You may have heard that our bodies need omega-3 fatty acids. When I started to look more closely at nutrition, I learned how important omega-3 fatty acids are for us. Omega 3 fatty acids belong to the omega fatty acids, they are essential, they are polyunsaturated fatty acids and our body cannot produce omega 3 fatty acids on its own. It is therefore important that we supplement them regularly. There are various ways in which we can do this, be it in the form of an omega-3 supplement or the form of foods with a high omega-3 content. I have to admit that I have omega-3 supplements at home, but I don't take them every day because I either forget to take them or I try to include foods that are high in omega-3 in my diet that day. I do the same with my children. As they are not a fan of taking supplements, I try to include foods with omega-3 in their diet.
